This privacy policy applies to the Pano 360 Android application.

Data Collection

Pano 360 does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or user data to external servers.

Photos and Media Access

The app requires access to your device's photos and media storage solely for the purpose of:

• Reading panorama images selected by the user for conversion
• Saving converted 360 photos to the device's Pictures folder

All image processing occurs locally on your device. No images are uploaded to any server or shared with third parties.

Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To access photos you select for conversion
• Storage access: To save converted photos to your device

Data Storage

All data remains on your local device. The app does not use cloud storage or remote servers. Converted photos are saved to your device's Pictures/Pano360Converter folder and can be managed through your device's file system.

Third-Party Services

The app uses Google Play Billing for optional in-app donations. Google's privacy policy applies to billing transactions. You can view Google's privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since no data is collected or transmitted, the app is safe for all ages.

Data Security

Since all processing occurs locally on your device and no data is transmitted to external servers, your photos remain secure on your device under your control.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your photos. You can:

• Delete any photos converted by the app through your device's gallery or file manager
• Uninstall the app at any time, which will remove the app but not photos you've created
• Revoke storage permissions in your device settings

Data Deletion

Since no user data is collected or stored by the app or developer, there is no user data to delete from our systems. Photos you create are stored locally on your device and can be deleted through your device's file manager or gallery app at any time.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through app updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when the most recent changes were made.
