The lens holder is rather inconvenient in its initial shape. I removed the plastic switch and sawed off the long end of the lens holder.

...cut and filed down. Notice the notch filed in the bottom. This will allow wires to reach the severed pin 9 of the CCD for the amp-off portion of the mod. |
